Proper Conduct
At The Golf Lot, we are committed to maintaining a family-friendly environment. We expect all individuals on our premises to conduct themselves in a respectful and proper manner at all times. Disrespectful behavior towards our members, guests, staff (“Team Members”), vendors, or property will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, vulgar, profane, indecent, offensive, discriminatory, violent, hostile, aggressive, threatening, harassing, stalking, fraudulent, or any other inappropriate conduct or communications.

Physical Examination and Health
We highly recommend that you consult with your doctor and undergo a complete physical examination before starting any new exercise or nutrition program. By utilizing The Golf Lot’s premises, facilities, equipment, services, activities, events, or products (“Use of The Golf Lot Premises and Services”), you affirm that you are in good health and in compliance with all health directives from relevant government agencies or departments. It is important to acknowledge that The Golf Lot does not offer medical advice.
Illness, Sickness, Disease, or Infection
If you exhibit symptoms of, have been exposed to someone with, or are otherwise at risk of spreading a communicable, contagious, or transmissible illness, including but not limited to COVID-19, its variants and subvariants, or SARS-CoV-2, you are prohibited from using The Golf Lot facilities and services. All open lesions or rashes must be covered with waterproof, adhesive bandages. The Golf Lot reserves the right to restrict access to its facilities and services due to health concerns such as illness, infection, or exposed lesions. Members and guests are required to comply with all signage and applicable health regulations.
Cleaning
The Golf Lot implements rigorous cleaning, hygiene, disinfection, and sanitation protocols in line with CDC guidelines to maintain the safety of our premises. Despite these efforts, risks of injury or damage from illness, disease, or infection remain when using The Golf Lot facilities and services. These risks include potential exposure to ill individuals or pathogens like viruses, bacteria, and other microorganisms, which can lead to health issues.
General Hygiene
We expect all individuals to maintain personal hygiene while at The Golf Lot. Please wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds and use hand sanitizer containing at least 60% alcohol, especially after using equipment. Avoid touching your face with unwashed hands and limit the use of strong fragrances to respect those with sensitivities or allergies.
Weapons Policy
At The Golf Lot, no weapons of any kind are allowed on the premises, nor in any activities, lessons, seminars, workshops, evaluations, events, services, amenities, or benefits sponsored, endorsed, or operated by The Golf Lot. Using any object not intended as a weapon to threaten, harass, or harm individuals is strictly prohibited, except as explicitly permitted by law.
Proper Attire
Proper attire, including shirts and shoes, must be worn at all times at The Golf Lot, except in specific areas or as appropriate for certain activities, programs, services, or classes. The Golf Lot reserves the right to determine what constitutes proper attire.
Membership Cards and Check-In
Members must present their membership card, whether electronic or physical, at the front desk upon entry to The Golf Lot. Access to various facilities and services is contingent upon membership level, and members must be in good standing to gain access. A photo will be taken for member verification purposes; this photo will not be displayed on membership cards.
Personal Belongings
Large bags exceeding the size of 12″ X 16″, except for golf bags, are not permitted at The Golf Lot. The Golf Lot is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property on its premises. For lost items, please inquire directly at the front desk.
Lockers
At certain locations of The Golf Lot, lockers are available for members and guests to store their personal belongings while utilizing our facilities. These lockers may be equipped with either a key or combination lock system. It is the user’s responsibility to keep the locker key on their person at all times and to ensure the key is not left unattended. For lockers with combination locks, it is the user’s responsibility to remember their locker number and combination. Please ensure your locker is securely locked before leaving it. Lockers are to be used only while on the premises; personal belongings cannot be left in lockers overnight, and all items left overnight will be removed.
The Golf Lot reserves the right to search all lockers without notice at our sole discretion. For inquiries about lost items, please contact the front desk directly.
Parking Lot
Do not leave valuables in your vehicle. Be sure your vehicle is locked. We are not liable or responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property from vehicles nor damage to or theft of the vehicle itself.
Injuries
If you sustain an injury while on The Golf Lot premises, please seek immediate assistance from a team member. Our team members are equipped to provide or facilitate appropriate medical assistance. However, The Golf Lot will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred due to medical incidents or emergencies that occur on our premises, centers, programs, or events, including but not limited to emergency response services and ambulance costs. No reimbursements for member medical costs will be considered.
Solicitation
Without express permission from The Golf Lot, no solicitation is allowed on or off the premises for any political or religious purposes, media interviews, business opportunities, or competitive products or services. This includes any form of solicitation towards members, guests, or team members.
Cell Phones and Other Mobile Devices
When capturing photos or videos, it is prohibited to include any other member’s image and/or voice recording without their prior express consent. It’s important to respect the privacy of all members and protect the privacy of individuals within our shared spaces.
Photography and Video
Professional and commercial photography and videography at The Golf Lot facilities, or at events, programs, or activities sponsored or with The Golf Lot, is not permitted without prior express consent from The Golf Lot. This includes all photography and affiliated videography intended for personal profit, professional gain, or any other commercial purpose, including marketing or promoting any external programs, offerings, or brands, and may involve professional setups and personal devices.
Personal photography and videography is only allowed in public areas of the facilities and must not disrupt others. It is limited to photos of yourself and must not include images or voice recordings of other members, guests, team members, or third-party workers without their prior express consent. Personal photography and videography for special events or services may require pre-approval by management and consent from other parties involved. Personal photography and videography include photos and videos taken with personal devices such as phones or tablets.
Drugs
You may not use, smell of, possess, or sell any illegal drugs on the premises, including but not limited to anabolic steroids or other illegal growth-enhancing substances. You may not smell of or use any cigarettes, cigars, vapor products, or cannabis products or any other drugs while on the premises.
Alcohol Prohibition
Bringing in or consuming alcohol on The Golf Lot premises is strictly prohibited. This policy applies to all areas of the facility, including parking lots and any outdoor spaces associated with The Golf Lot. Members and guests are not allowed to consume alcohol they have brought with them, and any alcohol found on the premises will be confiscated. This measure is implemented to ensure the safety and well-being of all members and guests. Violating this policy may result in immediate expulsion from the premises and potential termination of membership.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited within Life Time facilities, and the use of tobacco or electronic cigarette products, vapor products, or cannabis (where permitted by law) is not allowed.
Animals
Except for service animals assisting individuals with disabilities or on-duty law enforcement animals, animals are not permitted on the premises of “The Golf Rat.” Service animals must be properly licensed, vaccinated, and identified as required by law. They must also be kept under control, either leashed or caged, by a responsible individual not affiliated with “The Golf Rat.” Any disturbance, interruption of others’ work, or health or safety risk caused by the animal may result in its immediate removal. The owner of the animal is responsible for promptly cleaning up any waste and for any damage caused by the animal.
Damage to facilities
Any damage to the facilities or theft of equipment, supplies, or other property is strictly prohibited. Members or their guests found damaging the facilities are responsible for compensating for the damage and may have their membership suspended at the discretion of The Golf Rat.
Non-members
Non-members must sign in or register at the front desk and complete all necessary guest agreements.
